ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR JUNE 14, 2026

Reminder: we have moved our Ecumenical Vacation Bible School to the week of June 22 – 26 in order to not conflict with 4-H Camp and to participate in an Ecumenical Celebration of Worship at our church on June 28th. Registration of kids and volunteers can be completed on our website, www.bascomchurch.com, or you can pick up a registration form outside the sanctuary and return it to the church office. We still need a couple elementary school age group leaders and a leader for games. We do have a tent that will be used for shade for the games. If you know of any teens that wish to help out, please encourage them to do so. It is a great way for them to get the volunteering hours they need for school. Anyone interested can sign up as volunteers on our website.

We will have an Ecumenical service on Sunday, June 28th with refreshments in the fellowship hall after our 10:30 a.m. service. This will be in celebration of Bascom Ecumenical VBS!

Our next Men’s Breakfast will be Saturday, July 11th at American Table Restaurant in Fostoria.

Later that day (June 11th at approximately 4:00 p.m.) you can see Tom Heiserman and his band “The Feds” play at the Fostoria Guitar Fest (Wainwright Amphitheater at Foundation Park).

Please see the signup sheet on the Narthex bulletin board for our lawn maintenance schedule.

Pastor Dean will be on vacation from June 15-21. Nick Reinhard will be providing the message on Sunday, June 21 with Pastor Bob Greene (419-512-7588) of Hopewell Church of God providing pastoral care support.
